I understand you're upset enough from me, for not

I understand you're upset enough from me, for not relishing you. I know you're grief-filled that I used to sleep during your classes. I actually never meant to do that but the interest, your opponent, used to deceive me and grant me some sprinkles of a nap. As soon as I come to realise that it was all game, you left. I'll sum up this with a pinch of gratitude garnishing your happiness and that is, be cognizant, be interesting, be mysterious to let people discover you by themselves. Take care. See ya. Welcome to the day 9 of #YoLeWriMo or the YourQuote Letter Writing Month i.e. July.

History, as the cliché goes, is a record of lessons to not repeat itself but more often than not, it does just that. The literary characteristic of history is it's both personal and global. Some of the greatest novels take the help of personal history to document one's national history. For instance, Rushdie's Midnight's Children documents the stories of kids born at the stroke of midnight when India became independent and their life stories are intertwined with the fate of the country.

Write your #letters to history — personal, familial, national — and tell how it has affected you and your life. #DearHistory #YourQuoteAndMine
