'Foolishness' they say.. Especially when you know it won't be frozen for long and it's not your warmth melting it. (Captioned) To walk on a frozen lake is foolishness, they say.. Especially when you know it won't be frozen for long and it's not your warmth melting it. the sun stands right up your head, with the sweet warmth reflecting out of its teeth You walk, leaving no footprints whatsoever. The lake wouldn't even know you had dropped by, when it was all cold, icy, unavailable. And like that ice, that was supposed to melt, it's just you who's going to drown. No matter how much you don't want it. And no matter how poetic I make this sound, this is pain. Walking with a heart that's cold, falling in love with a heart that melts at someone else's presence.
