THE HOLE The hole is so dark I try finding a bit of light There's just none I can't see the entry nor the exit It's just me and the hole I hear noise Noise of people People having fun They have light everywhere I wish I could see that too I can't move I call out as loud as I can No one answers Life in this hole is so hopeless Life in the depths of depression is life prison Slowly your soul is teared With no motion you die Yes you are the walking dead The body moves but you aren't there I'm just moving lifelessly The earth has hardened It has closed it's mouths for me Although I long to enter the place of the nonliving The earth laughs at me and refuses to open up for me Life disowns me and so does death ©Pauline Domingo #the hole
