VBDA shot into limelight in Match 1994 after a Delhi based Newspaper carried a detailed report on its objectives and activities. kulbhushan the founder of Association had two_ options To gloat over the coverage or to strengthen its resolve to work towards its Mission with sense of Purpose. The "Bloody Man" choose the second alternative and VBDA has not looked back since then. kulbhushan touched a milestone on March 8th 1998, when he donated Blood for 100th time.The month of March seems to have a special place in his life as he had donated Blood in the same month in 1975. The location was Chandigarh,the beautiful city wher he was studying then Blood donation camp was held on college Campus kulbhushan couldn't donate blood that dayand trooped in to PGI Hospital Blood Bank next day.
