Constitution Amendment Act is a act and it is passed to provide Citizenship to people who suffered on the name of Religious Persecution in three countries Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan. This act will applicable only on those minorities who came to India on or before 31.12.2014 from the three countries Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan and suffered Religious Persecution. 1. It will not impact even Muslims in India. India is made of all Religions. 2. This act will not affect any Indian #NRC #CAA
