when i was in 10th class i had depression it was minor and stayed for 3 months i did not get a therepy because i was too afraid but I talked about it with my friends that was also when i started reading and it helped me go through it. It's been quite some time since then but i still have anxiety thinking what if I ever got it again maybe books wouldn't help me this time Depression
It is not okay to feel depressed for a long period of time go seek out help. It is okay to ask for help talk about it to your friends and family or even me if you want to I won't mind I love to help because I know how helpless you feel right now. Depression is not just a phase go seek out help from a professional doctor.
And self harm and suicide is out of option your life is a gift cherish it with love and joy.
