Still she lay in the chilling winters,
With no clothes on her scratched body.
It was a painful night so cursed,
And the place was devoid of anybody.

The next day she was taken to the hospital where she burst,
She breathed her last,and left the world.
And yet hardly was there any thurst,
Of such a heinous act that would even twirl,
The public to rethink on women's safety.

She was named Nirbhaya,
And now she is forgotten!
