White I walk alone clasping two little hands, A fury of events, And ...... we were left with none ! Two pairs of eyes Gave me all the comfort..... One black , One grey And ..... together we built a fort. The walls were made of love and happiness, It got bombed with docs and numbness!! White Yet again, I find myself sitting under the moonlight. The same place as always, though it’s been a good while. “Good,” as I say—not pleasant, but long.
