Unsplash " अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा.... " मेरे सभी BPSC PGT शिक्षक प्रशिक्षु आने वाला पल अब एक दास्ताँ में बदल रहा... एक पल में अर्सा गुजरने का दौर भी अब थम रहा.... आ गया वो मोड़ जिसमें अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा... क्लास और लंच वालीं कहानी होंगी खत्म... अब अलग होंगे विद्यालय एवं लेकिन मकसद होंगे केवल एक वो है अपने बच्चों की गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा... छह दिनों के प्रशिक्षण सब कितने जल्दी हो गए.... एक पल में अर्सा गुजरने का दौर भी अब थम रहा.... आ गया वो मोड़ जिसमें अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा है.... Bpsc शिक्षक बने हुए आए थे प्रशिक्षण ले कर जा रहे... सेमिनार हॉल के सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम सब कितने जल्दी हो गए... हाथ में certificate मिला और हम सभी बुनियादी रूप से भी शिक्षक हो गए.... एक पल में अर्सा गुजरने का दौर भी अब रहा.... आ गया वो मोड़ जिसमें अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा है.... मेरे दोस्तों ध्यान से देख लो कहीं कुछ छुटा ना हो... कहीं आपकी वज़ह से किसी का दिल रूठा न हो... भूलकर सब रंजिशें सब एक दूसरे से मिल लो.... क्युकी जा रहा ये वक़्त अब दुबारा आने से रहा.... दिल थाम कर आंखे पोंछ कर अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा... मेरे BPSC PGT शिक्षक ये साथ का पल अब एक दास्ताँ में बदल रहा... आ गया वो मोड़ जिसमें अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा है..... अलविदा कहना पड़ रहा.... धन्यवाद और आभार आप सबों को.... ©Rishi Ranjan #Book #poems #Life hindi poetry on life love poetry in hindi poetry in hindi poetry quotes

White PEOPLE DONT ALWAYS NEED ADVICE. SOMETIMES ALL THEY REALLY NEED IS A HAND to HOLD, an EAR to LIATEN and, A HEART to UNDERSTAND them. TRY NOT TO JUDGE HOW SOMEONE IS DEALING WITH A PAIN YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED.REMEMBER,SOMETIMES, PEOPLE WANT YOU TO LISTEN, NOT TO TALK. In a world where we're constantly bombarded with information and opinions, we all love giving advice and think that we always need to offer and answer or a solution for others. However, The real big problem is that we've the perfect solution to every problem except our own. people seem to waste no time in telling others what their relationship should be like, who they should spend your time with, what they should eat and wear, who to vote for, what to believe in and what to reject. People often feel like they can't talk to anyone about what they're going through because they fear being judged or misunderstood. Judging others is the lowest from of knowledge as it requires no accountability, no understanding. Hence, listening with an open and non- judgmental ear is very important. By simply listening to other feelings, you can create a safe space for someone to share their thoughts and emotions. Sometimes, The best advice is no advice at all, and sometimes people need to advice but a compassionate presence, specially when someone is going through a difficult time, whether its a personal crisis, a loss or just feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of ever day life.
