সুকান্তের তোলা ‘উত্তরবঙ্গ’ বিতর্কের মধ্যেই বাংলা ভাগ চাইলেন নিশিকান্ত, নজরে মালদহ, মুর্শিদাবাদ বাংলার দুই মুসলিম অধ্যুষিত জেলাকে ‘কেন্দ্রশাসিত অঞ্চল’ করতে চান বিজেপি সাংসদ নিশিকান্ত দুবে। সেই অঞ্চলের মধ্যে চান বিহারেরও একই রকম জনবিন্যাসের তিন জেলা। যা নিয়ে তৈরি হল নতুন বিতর্ক। সুকান্ত মজুমদার বাংলা ভাগ না চাইলেও উত্তরবঙ্গকে আলাদা করে উত্তর-পূর্ব ভারতের সঙ্গে জোড়ার প্রস্তাব দিয়েছেন বুধবার। স্বয়ং প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীর কাছে প্রস্তাব জমা দিয়েছেন উত্তর-পূর্ব উন্নয়ন প্রতিমন্ত্রী সুকান্ত। তা নিয়ে তৃণমূলের তরফে তোলা ‘বাংলা ভাগের চক্রান্ত’ অভিযোগে তৈরি হওয়া রাজনৈতিক উত্তাপের মধ্যেই নতুন ‘অস্বস্তি’ বিজেপির। এ বার ঝাড়খণ্ডের বিজেপি সাংসদ লোকসভায় নতুন প্রস্তাব দিয়েছেন। তিনি বলেছেন, ‘জনবিন্যাসের ভারসাম্য’ বজায় রাখার কারণ দেখিয়ে বাংলার মালদহ, মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলাকে কেন্দ্রশাসিত অঞ্চল করে দেওয়া হোক। সেই সঙ্গে বিহারের কিষাণগঞ্জ, অরারিয়া এবং কাটিহার জেলাকেও ওই কেন্দ্রশাসিত অঞ্চলের অন্তর্গত করা হোক। ©BANGLE TIMES #Sukanto #Nishikant #BJP
