आदत सी हो गई है ऐसे जीने की, ... सपनों का टूटना, हकीकत से मिलता है , ... ज़िन्दगी की कहानी, हर एक मोड़ पर, ... कभी है उम्मीद का सफर बहुत लम्बा, ... रातें हैं लम्बी, रातें हैं तन्हा, ... आँसुओं की बौछार, हर रात की तन्हाई, ... हंसी के पीछे छुपा है एक अजीब सा दर्द, ... ख्वाबों की दुनिया में है सच्चाई का गुज़र, ©Rajan Singh poem

Wednesday July 17th Today is Wednesday the seventeenth The rain fell yesterday almost all day Thunderstorms and heavy rainfall I bet some things were washed away Much cooler now than it has been Lately the humidity has been brutal Scorching sun with nearly no wind Those temperatures are so hostile Im sitting on the porch writing this A cigarette in my hand burning up A drag here and there is sufficient Until all that's left is the smoke butt Traffic is steadily increasing more Cars and trucks and a few motorbikes Traveling to work for most I assume Stopping at all of the red streetlights This poem is just about finished I think My smoke is at the end of it's mission I will put it out and return inside again And none of this here writing is fiction ©Schizology Wednesday July 17th #today #Random #poem✍🧡🧡💛
