As evening settles soft and low, The sky, a canvas starts to show, Its palette rich with twilight's hue, A blend of purple, gold, and blue. The sun dips low, a fleeting glance, The day surrenders to night's dance, With shadows deep and whispers mild, The sky transforms, serene and wild. Clouds, like whispers, drift on high, In shades of rose and deepened sigh, The horizon blurs in dusky tones, Where day’s last light and starlight blend. The stars ignite, a scattered lace, That shimmers in the evening's face, The world below in quiet rests, As night unfolds its silken vest.
