जीवन में कभी कभी ऐसा समय आता है के सब कुछ करने पर भी, कुछ अच्छा नहीं होता। तभी Gratitude काम आता है मगर क्यों" क्यों कि जब कुछ ना हों तो दिमाग बस वही सोचता रहता है। ऐसे में Stress, Anxiety, Depression हो सकता है। तो दिल दिमाग को याद यो छोटी छोटी खुशियां, नौकरी, घर, परिवार जैसा जो भी अच्छा है। कैसे करे🤔 Thank You या अपनी भाषा जो भी कहते हो, तोते की तरह बोलना शुरकर दो। जितना बोल सके। ©Ramnik #Gratitude
