They pray for what they have been blessed with, The kids pray for the black boy who gets bullied. The father prays for the woman who got raped next door, The mother prays for the kids dying in some documentary. They pray and all they do is pray, All we do is pray, No we need not to slay lives in revenge, We need to stop leaving the people in need stray just because we can't be a part of fray. #OpenPoetry

Shall I tell you Keep it but secret, And listen patiently Here is day which I waited for long, Like that Daffodil, which prays and prays Labouring and toiling for its bloom, Comes then the day all of a sudden, Hears when she her wait is over & may she merry now, As her prayers have been granted the eternal peace & blessing, Now is she in her full bloom while becoming an apple of every eye. Dedicated to Neelofer Di on her brother's wedding.
