Rayalseema style Peanut Chutney šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜. Made in Groundnut oil. This chutney is the Perfect accompaniment with your idli and Dosa šŸ¤¤. 

1. Dry roast 1/2 cup Peanuts on medium flame. Heat oil and fry 1 tbsp chana daal, 1/2 tbsp urad daal, add 1 chopped onion, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch garlic, 2-3 Kashmiri red chilies and sautƩ for 3-4 mins. 

2. Now add 1 small tomato, salt and cook till it softens. Cool and transfer to mixer jar. Add lil tamarind along with roasted peanuts and blend into smooth pas
