To Gulzar sahab, Sampooran Singh Kalra, Known among his countless fans as Gulzar, turns 86 today. A poet of popular appeal, and lyricist par excellence. A Padma Bhushan awardee, Gulzar Sahab, has been bestowed with several other honors for his artistic contributions. I remember I was in std 5th when I first got to know about you… I always used to cherish the song “Tujhse Naraz Nahi Zindagi”. And still wonders, how can someone write so well about life and pour each word into threads like this.
