That time of the month! Mornings scare me at that time of the month. The night seems messy with the lack of usual peace it brings. You know the pain of not moving any side, And sleeping in the same position with cramps. Handling the blood flow with pain in the uterus, And still, someone calls me "impure". It's not easy to breathe, live and survive. Counting each second with tears in eyes. Stains on clothes and that uncomfortable feeling around people. God! Dealing with mixed emotions is a different story. I cry, I shout, I get angry, I become helpless, I feel like dying... What not! Almost every emotion other than joy kinda thing. Everything irritates me even a good song. I literally crave for pampering but shouts at everyone. I even hate myself for every sneeze. Ugh... If you know, you know! After those stressful 5-6 days (even more if I get lucky🤦), I feel like I've achieved everything in life. I sleep peacefully and I wake up with a good vibe. Until next month! Period pain and me... hey Folks , this I am typing just to overcome the pain its highly imaginable one neither I can tell it nor make you feel. Those twists in lower abdomen and back , muscle pulls in leg , mood Swings and etc.. all it starts from Day 1 till Day 5 few might may think what is big in it just a pain take some medicines , treatments all will be fine or few says its all in mind that makes me conscious about pain. I don’t want to prove myself to anyone especially in this topic because its undefinable. By the by I have tried all type of so called therapies to this at last what I got in benefit is FAT cos of Hormonal variation as I had list of tablets prescription. Its been 10 years I am fighting with this its not just 10years it is 10X12X5 now you calculate, but thing I was not alone in this journey I have my family as counterpart the biggest strength.
