🌞Pain, not less than a courage🌞 Yesterday we celebrated gandhi jayanti with pomp and show. But we forgot to highlight legacy of gandhiji, people who have been doing work to pan a salt in the most remote corner of gujarat, in the extreme inhospitable conditions. There is a group known as the Agariya in Gujarat that are salt makers in the desert. Walking bare feet to carry out procedures to make salt, as there are no roads, only tracks of salt..... It damages their skin terribly causing skin cancers, tuberculosis etc. In exchange of this, they get meagre amount of money, probably less than our pocket money. Real tribute for gandhi jayanti is awaiting, is really awaiting. Remembering Gandhiji means working for the marginalized 🐵🌞#yqdidi #yqbaba
