Though we're different but we never expected each other to change. Actually we'd accepted with flaws and strengths. Love is not about changing nor forcely controlling each other. Merely, the concept of love lies in understanding and adjusting. It's all about accepting happily unconditionally with respect. Partners or soul mates are eventually two unique humans who has own dreams and thoughts. Psychologically two odd people can be beautifully pair if there is loyalty and true friendship in love. Trusting and together in all times is the best way to understand each. It's okay to fight and forgive but don't let that argument to demolish your relation. Loving your partner's family & relations is equally important as your love for the person you do. It's doesn't matter where & how the relation is going but putting efforts & giving space will definitely heal/ slove. Indeed patience, trust, loyalty, respect, friendship are really needed to make a healthy and beautiful relation. The concept of love is searched in a holistic manner. Love it seems is isolated, alienated and cornered to a large extent. The search for love is an extensive and exhaustive one stretching from the palaces of the affluent people to the hamlets of the poverty-stricken ones. Sometimes, the concept of love is an evasive and elusive concept, it remains in slippery slope terrines always very difficult to realise it by the pursuers of this beautiful and predominant emotion in the world. True love is present in a place where we have people acting in a self-effacing manner for the sake of others. Love is after all all about sharing and caring. It is an emotion that creates scenarios of multiple dimensions culminating in the emotions of life and death due to its right or wrong application in terms of the practice of this emotion by us human beings. Love is present everywhere in this vast universe, what we need to do is to see it, hear it, search it, find it and respond to it adequately and aptly. Although love is an all-pervasive force, it is very hard to bring into fruition because of the misrepresentation of it by the sundry elements around and the vulgarity and obscenity attached to its narration. Smrutji, Your poem titled"Rhyming With Love"is a rendition with adequate description to the minutest details regarding the very concept of love from different perspectives and viewpoints.Real love does adduce the self with that resplendent feeling.The freshness of a person is kept intact internally when true love does have an overwhelming impact on him/her.The true love transcends above space,time,past,present and future.The soundbyte of love is everlasting and enduring.The true love must be nurtured and brought into fruition.If the concept of love is driven by commercial interests,it gets into an arena of no return or it becomes a love of mechanical nature.The true love must be sprouted out directly from the heart,if not it is akin to a deadly love altogether.When the true love comes to stay with a person,his/her heart is emboldened to a degree of enormous nature.The true love does have malice towards none but charity for all.The genuine love gets into the trajectory which is all about the union of two hearts rather than the coming together of two bodies out of lust and carnal desires.The authentic love is all about two souls in deep and profound understanding of each other in every step of the way.If the concept of love is rhymed with the cherished principles of life,then the life gets into that domain of bliss and heavenly ecstasy.Kudos to you for composing such an excellent poem. It is a relief that the poet is not in love with a sweet sixteen. He is in love with an abstraction called love. Here the poet as a lover enjoys a rare privilege of finding no wrong with his beloved. No discord, no disagreements, no threat of suicide, and etc take place. Being in love with an abstraction helps the lover never grow old. He finds himself in eternal youth not forced to partake the forbidden fruit. Free from worries of a living partner the lover is left in a state of blithe to compose endless lyrics and Sonnets like the Elizabethans unfolding in them the grace and beauty of his mistress who exists only in his imaginative state of mind. Smrutiji, Your poem titled"Something I Look at -68"is a poem that defines true love in an eloquent,exquisite,elegant and well-versed manner,the nature of love that is given sum and substance here is not physical love at all rather it is a love that is unconsummated but it endures forever,it is a love that is not confined to the institution of marriage rather it transcends above that in many ways and means,it is a love that rises above barriers,boundaries,bridles,trammals,controls and fetters,it is a love that stands beyond space and time,it is also a love that is not imprisoned by the peculiarities of the world,in fact it is a love in which two truly loving souls come together to act in a mutually beneficial manner for both the parties,it is not a possessive,domineering and destructive love rather it is a love aimed at improving the lot of each other,it is a love untouched by the systematic characterisation of love by the world rather it is a rare union of two minds in the deeper plain of the interiors of the interiors of the heart,it is in fact a transcendentalistic sort of love which stands the test of time.Kudos to you for composing such a poem of mesmerising nature on the concept of love.
