I was tricked, When mind had pricked. Thoughts were more Of feeling bore. Confusions were killing life Like a vein was cut with knife. Then I looked at sky for hope, Stars from dark night gave me hope. This poem brings out the experience of a person who had undergone deep mood swings due to compulsive thinking. #moodswings #yqenglishpoetry

Out beyond the pandemonium that surrounds the present compulsive milieu, The modesty of lives, the rains, and of the festivities, of my place, my homeland, my concluding grave. The rains there used to be some magic; Not just the wetness to the mud and the lingering petrichor Maniacal voices at times, can be overheard, Within the silences of those ever disturbed sleeps.
