Never insults him/her in front of other students. Never say You cannot do anything. Give him/her chance. Give him/her opportunity. Give him/her motivation. Give him/her new angle to do a task. listen! Teachers you have 365 days in a year to make you a good student by your own qualities. You cannot blame always your students that they are dull minded.
