Periods is a natural thing. So it's not big deal. But still people believe in superstitions. I had seen so many thing .. when a girl is in period, u can't touch any thing, u have to sit in a corner.. Oh plz it's too much. And now in sabrimala case.. men are too much. So what if woman enter below 50. At least she is not in periods. Hats off to those woman who enter sabrimala temple. So called man if u get hurt tab apko b blood nikalta hai na? Periods is a natural thing it's not ganda. Blood is impure that's it. Periods are normal for women. It is normal to have issues like aches and mood swings. Everyone's body and emotional quotient isn't the same. Keeping it healthy is your duty. Understanding its needs is your responsibility. Some can carry out heavy physical tasks during periods and some can't. It is okay. Also nutritional balance, simple workouts play important role in maintaining emotional health too. Meeting your gynecologist to discuss your concerns is good. So, just because someone says everything can be done during periods, don't follow them blindly. If someone says the vice versa don't just give up.
