इस वर्ष का विषय "सामाजिक न्याय के लिए बाधाओं पर काबू पाना और अवसरों को उजागर करना" है, दुनिया भर में धार्मिक भेदभाव और संम्प्रदायिकता तेजी से पैर फैला रही है रूस यूक्रेन युद्ध का लम्बा खिंचना हो,कोरोना महामारी के दौरान अमीर गरीब के मध्य खाई बड़ी हुई दिखाई दी और हर रोज होने वाले आतंकी संगठनों द्वारा किये जाने वाले हमले बताते हैं कि कट्ठारता चरम ओर पहुँच चुकी है मानवीय अधिकारों स्वस्थ्य, भोजन और सुरक्षा के भेदभाव एक वैश्विक समस्या का विषय अभी भी बना हुआ है। आधुनिक विज्ञान और सोशलमीडिया के शेयर फॉरवर्ड युग में न्याय की मांग आसान हुई है मगर इसको दुष्प्रचार का माध्यम बनाने के कारण आईटी क़ानून को तेज करने की भी जरूरत है। पत्रकारिता का धड़ा कुछ कमजोर किया जाना समाजिक न्याय के लिये एक बड़ी बाधा है जिसकी निष्पक्षता और स्वतन्त्रता का ध्यान रखते हुये घटनाओ को न्याय के लिये सक्षम बनाना है राजनितिक तंत्र के हस्तक्षेप से न्यायिक तंत्र को प्रभावित करने से बचाना है जिससे किसी भी प्रकार के भेदभाव से बचा जा सके। ©करिश्मा ताब #nojotostreak #worldsocialjusticeday
