Cooking diaries Second dish My favourite dish Pasta Step 1: Boil pasta with salt and oil till al dante Step 2: Drain pasta Step 3: Make pasata. A step I skipped Step 3: Chop garlic and onions add more if you like onions Step 4: Blow your nose and wash the tears from your eyes. Dry your face. Take a break Step 5: Melt butter in dish and fry garlic, chillies and onions Step 6: Add pasata or in my case chopped tomatoes Step 7: Throw salt, pepper, basil, oregano mix well Step 8: Add pasta mix well. Taste Not too good. Cooking diaries First dish The very first thing I made for my husband and his childhood friend Egg fried rice Step 1: Wash 3 huge cups of rice in a dish Step 2: Pour 6 huge cups of water into rice dish Step 3: Add salt to taste and place the dish in rice cooker Step 4: Pour a little water at the bottom of the cooker cover lid and set it to cook (This is a lot of work) Step 4: Chop 2 onions add more if you like onions Step 4.5: Blow your nose and wash the tears from your eyes. Dry your face. Take a break Step 5: Heat oil in pan Step 6: Add 2 spoons of chilli powder and 1 spoon of salt in a small bowl Step 7: Pour hot oil into chilli powder and salt bowl. Mix well. DO NOT COUGH into chilli powder Step 8: Pull out a dish big enough to feed 2 starving men and fry onions till they brown Step 9: Scramble as many eggs as you want with onions. Add the chilli powder and salt mixture to scrambled eggs. No extra oil needed Side note: Make more chilli powder and salt mixture Step 10: Add cooked rice to the concoction and mix well.
