The mess created in dream.. Have cleaned my room waking up  ..to feel little better.. yes I did that. I cried and screamed.. Have hurt my hands by hitting on roads.. Felt helpless .. Though there were people around.. But none was able to help.. Of what I wanted.. The dream was a mess.. The violence.. The cry.. The screams of mine.. Yet felt a peace.. Cause though.. Can't do all that in reality..yet want to do it.. So that my irritation just comes out of me.. Meditation.. Yes.. To dissolve the irritable emotion is the option.. And not to suppress it.
