Day 1: Cat-Cow Pose 

• Start on all fours with your hands beneath your shoulders and knees beneath your hips. 

• Inhale, lift your chest and tailbone while dropping your belly (Cow Pose). 

• Exhale, round your spine upward, tuck your tailbone, and draw your chin toward your chest (Cat Pose). 

• Repeat this flowing movement for about 5-10 rounds.
