एक रोज जब सूरज ढल चुका था। पंछियों का कारवां भी, अपनी मंज़िल की तरफ बढ़ रहा था। कोई था जो उस नीले आसमां के सागर में, हवाओं के सफिना पे सवार होकर, मौज़ में कभी इधर कभी उधर इक बंजारे की तरह भटक रहा था। वो रंग-बिरंगी चीज पतंग थी। वह अपने धुन में उड़ने को बेताब थी, पर वह भूल गयी की, उसकी डोर किसी और के हाथ मे थी। देखते-ही-देखते एक झटके में, डोर और हवा दोनो ने उससे साथ छुड़ा लिया। कुछ ऐसा ही है अपना जीवन, डोर किसी और के हाथ मे; जो हमारी उड़ान को दायरे में रखता हैं। और हवा है समाज, जिधर समाज, उधर हमारी पतंग। पर ये मत भुलना की, वक़्त आने पे दोनो ही अपना-अपना दामन खींच लेंगे। #yqbaba #yqdidi #kites #life #love

ROOM ON THE ROOF Chunnilal, his wife Radha and their 6 year old daughter Lakshmi live on the terrace room of a multi storied apartment complex in the city of Ahmedabad. They have been staying there since the time they migrated from Bihar in search of a living. Prafulbhai, a retired government servant, who was the first occupant and the longest serving Secretary of Apartment Association was the reason why Chunnilal got to stay in the terrace room with his family. Understandably, Chunnilal does all the errand for the Secretary apart from playing the role o the night security. Radha does work in atleast four houses in the Apartment as maid cum cook. A great bargain a typical Gujarati would do. They have set up their house at the landing area of the terrace by making it a cozy 1BHK.
